the atelier
Gouache began as a box of paints and a bag of sugar on the same table. The illustrations you see on this site are painted here, and so is everything you eat: fresh cream, Belgian chocolate, seasonal berries, nothing kept a week ahead.

the hands
A ganache rests overnight before it is rolled. Meringue roses dry for hours. Ribbon is cut, not pulled from a dispenser. The limit of five orders a day is what keeps all of that possible — and what keeps every box looking like it was made for one person.
